| The Price quoted for Sunray Golf Sandals includes taxes and delivery costs to UK only. For other International destinations carriage is charged (if applicable) at cost. Sunray Golf sandals will be delivered FREE to any UK destination within 30 working days, or before from receipt and payment of order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Sunray Golf Sandals you can return them to us FREE from any UK destination within seven days of purchase provided they are unused and in pristine condition. Returned goods should be made using the least expensive postage method available, ensuring that you obtain a certificate of Posting at time of despatch. Sunray Products Limited cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit on their return to us. If you are returning a cancelled order you will be required to pay the carriage costs of the return; these costs are not refundable. Returns made from International destinations the cost of carriage is the responsibility of the returnee refunds will only apply provided the Sunray Golf Sandals are returned within seven days of purchase and are unused and in pristine condition. Cancellation of an order can be made within 7 days from the day after that when the goods are received and providing the goods are received back in a re-saleable condition a full refund will be made within 30 working days. Refunds will be made in full for the cost of the goods, but not including the cost of returning the goods. Refunds only apply to the original order; Replacements issued after 28 days have elapsed are not refundable. In line with Trading Standard guidelines all goods are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of despatch. Please note that any goods manufactured to your own personal specification or out of normal production cannot be refunded. Written confirmation of your internet purchase will be sent out as ordered, before the goods are despatched. Our intention of giving complete satisfaction on your purchase from Sunray is single-minded, which is why we will exchange or refund in full any transaction that you are not completely satisfied with within seven days.
